OH MY LANTA the double chocolate sourdough was so delicious! It wasn't so sweet which made it easy to eat 10 out 10!
You HAVE to try this chocolate sourdough recipe! I was skeptical at first because I wasn't sure what it would taste like or what I would put on it, but let me tell you...the taste is INCREDIBLE! And it's delicious with peanut butter, raspberry jam, butter, whatever you want on it! Don't be discouraged if you feel like it's not rising as well as your traditional loaves during bulk ferment. Mine was pretty stiff and was very slow to double in size, but the oven spring was perfect! Can't recommend enough.
