Loved the taste of this dough, but it was so hard to work with! I found it was easier to use zest, sugar and blueberries as inclusions instead of using juice and sugar in the dough!
So I followed this recipe, but actually turned it into a focaccia and it came out amazingly!!
My loafs turn out 10/10 every time!! I recommend Eve to everyone whenever they start their sourdough journey!! This recipe is so easy when you have a starter like eve!!
