Eve is fed with Organic Unbleached All Purpose Flour & Filtered Water.
What's You’ll Get:
- 10 gram packet of dehydrated “Eve” our incredible sourdough starter. You will be baking by day 5 of rehydration.
- 5X7 Rehydration Instruction Card. *If ordering multiple packets of Eve we will supply multiple rehydration cards. You will also be e-mailed a PDF copy of the rehydration instructions.
Extra Info:
- Your packet of Eve is shelf stable for 1 year. Make sure to keep in a cool dry place.
- 1 packet of Eve will be all you need to maintain indefinitely to make endless loaves of sourdough bread. You can bulk your starter up to any size you’d like. Check out our TikTok page for videos demonstrating how.
- We recommend starting your starter in the morning. If you start at night, you will miss the starter’s peak rise which is the ideal time to use it to bake…that is unless you’re a night owl and plan to bake throughout the night ;)
