I am so grateful to find The Southern Sourdough in facebook. I tried and failed twice is trying to make my own stater. I almost gave up making sourdough until “Eve”. Followed the hydration instructions and I had an active starter ready to use on day 5. Eve is strong… but renamed mine “Charlie”. I successfully made 7 loaves using the Southern Sourdough recipe!
